The Russian army struck a multi-story building in Kharkiv with a bomb: a fire broke out, and many were injured.
Late in the evening on October 30, an explosion was heard in Kharkiv. The Russian Federation once again attacked the city, with a bomb hitting a residential building.
This was reported by the mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov.
"The floors from the 6th to the 1st of the 9-story building are completely destroyed. As of now, we have information about 12 injured individuals. There may still be people under the rubble," Terekhov stated.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, added that as a result of the Russian strike, almost the entire entrance of the building was destroyed, and civilian vehicles were damaged. A fire broke out at the site of the impact.
"Rescue workers are conducting search operations and extinguishing the fire," he added.
