The appellate court has released the head of the Kutsurub community, who praised the Kremlin regime.
On Thursday, October 24, the Mykolaiv Appellate Court reviewed the appeal regarding the preventive measure imposed on Inna Kopeika, the head of the Kutsurub community, who denied the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

It is noted that Inna Kopeika, who has served as the village head of the Kutsurub village council since 2015, is suspected of justifying and denying the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which began in 2014.
On October 17, 2024, the investigating judge of the Mykolaiv District Court applied a preventive measure of detention with the possibility of bail set at 242,240 UAH for Kopeika.
"The Mykolaiv Appellate Court upheld the decision of the investigating judge regarding the preventive measure of detention for K.," the statement said.
