The government has approved criteria for the restructuring of debts for critical enterprises whose infrastructure has been destroyed or damaged due to hostilities.

The government assures that it aims to alleviate the debt burden on critical enterprises that supply heat and water to frontline areas. This approach is intended to support a successful heating season.
The Prime Minister added that currently, nearly 100% of residential infrastructure in Ukraine is connected to heating. However, there are gaps in Kherson and Kryvyi Rih, which suffer daily from Russian shelling. Work is ongoing to restore supply in these areas.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that Russia is accumulating 300 boats to cross the Dnipro River and intends to launch another offensive in the Kherson region. The goal of the Russians is to capture a certain foothold, maintain it, and draw as many forces and resources of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as possible to it.
