Starting from February 15, businesses in the processing industry can submit applications for grants aimed at modernizing and expanding production.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
"Almost 1000 enterprises have already upgraded their equipment thanks to this program. In 2025, the state allocates 3.6 billion UAH, which will support the development of the processing sector and contribute to the creation of over 3400 new jobs," stated the Minister of Economy, Yulia Svyrydenko.
Food producers, furniture manufacturers, chemical industry companies, metal producers, woodworking and textile enterprises, as well as other categories (NACE Code C) are eligible to receive funding. All entrepreneurs can apply, except for those operating in temporarily occupied territories.
The following conditions have been established for this:
It is specified that the grant can be used for the purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of production equipment, including software.
"The format is co-financing, meaning that both the state and the producer contribute funds. For most regions, a 50/50 co-financing ratio is provided. Starting in 2024, for manufacturers of drones, printing services, and enterprises in combat zones where state electronic registers operate without a defined end date for such activities, preferential co-financing conditions apply – the state invests 80%, while the project initiators pay the remaining 20%. The maximum grant amount is 8 million UAH," the ministry added.
