Ukraine will allow the use of a more advanced technology for WiFi, significantly increasing data transmission speeds.
This was reported by the National Commission for the Regulation of Electronic Communications (NCEC). They proposed to the Ministry of Digital Transformation to implement the Wi-Fi 6E radio technology (5945-6425 MHz) in Ukraine, adding the relevant frequencies to the Frequency Allocation and Usage Plan.

It is noted that the conditions for implementing the latest Wi-Fi 6E radio equipment standard in Ukraine will be similar to those in Europe – based on a general authorization without the allocation of radio frequencies.
