On the evening of November 18, the Russians struck a dormitory in Hlukhiv with a "Shahed." The building has been partially destroyed. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing at the site, as there may still be people trapped under the debris.

Zaporizhzhia
Due to the "Shahed" attack on Zaporizhzhia, over 15,600 consumers have been left without electricity. Restoration work for power supply is ongoing. Almost 2,000 subscribers have been reconnected to electricity, and heating has been restored in 677 homes.
Cherkasy Region
As a result of a drone crash, a power line was damaged in the Cherkasy district. Electricity supply has been restored. Windows and roofs of private houses were damaged, and a fire occurred in a non-residential building.
