The National Bank will conduct checks on Universal Bank, PUMB, and other financial institutions.

In 2025, the National Bank plans to conduct on-site monitoring of four oversight objects. This will include both scheduled and unscheduled inspections.

The regulator's press service reported this information.

The following institutions are involved:

• LLC "Tas Link" – Q1;
• Universal Bank – Q2;
• PUMB – Q3;
• LLC "FC Ap.Mi.Finance" – Q4.

The National Bank clarified that the inspections will check compliance with Ukrainian legislation and the adequacy of measures taken by payment market participants to ensure the continuous, reliable, and effective functioning of the payment infrastructure.

Oversight includes monitoring the payment infrastructure, assessing its compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and international oversight standards, establishing requirements and restrictions regarding the activities of the payment infrastructure, as well as providing recommendations for improving the functioning of the payment infrastructure and/or implementing influence measures.
