PIN-UP Ukraine has declared the accusations against its owner, Ihor Zotyko, to be unfounded and expressed its willingness to cooperate with law enforcement agencies.

This is stated in the company’s official announcement.

“The Ukrainian licensed gambling company PIN-UP Ukraine officially declares its complete non-involvement in any illegal financial operations and categorically rejects the accusations made by the State Bureau of Investigation and the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine against the company’s owner, Ihor Zotyko,” the statement reads.

PIN-UP Ukraine emphasized that it “has no and has never had any connections with Russian capital or sanctioned individuals.” The company considers the accusations to be “unfounded and unsupported by evidence.” They are convinced that actions against the business “may be viewed as an attempt to hinder the activities of one of the largest taxpayers in the gambling industry of Ukraine.”

Since obtaining its license, PIN-UP Ukraine has always operated in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation, adhering to all standards of transparency and legality, as stated in the announcement.

“Our company has consistently supported the development of legal business and the economy of Ukraine. Throughout its operational period, the company has contributed 4.2 billion UAH in taxes to the state budget and directed 188 million UAH to humanitarian and charitable projects,” the company added.

PIN-UP Ukraine emphasizes that all rights and obligations as the organizer of gambling in Ukraine under the PIN-UP brand belong exclusively to LLC “Ukr Game Technology.” Meanwhile, the ultimate beneficial owner of the company is Ihor Zotyko, who “solely manages the company.”

It was also emphasized that Zotyko has been “actively and systematically helping the military and war-affected Ukrainians” since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

“Thanks to cooperation with charitable foundations, over 300 tons of food, water, medicines, and basic hygiene supplies have been quickly delivered to frontline communities in Ukraine. Ihor Zotyko also actively supports sports charity events and initiatives aimed at helping children from affected regions. He personally fulfills requests from acquaintances and military personnel, providing them with bulletproof vests, drones, transport, and tools for repairing equipment,” the company highlighted.

It was also mentioned that Zotyko has joined the UNITED24 initiative and “allocated 8.5 million UAH for the purchase of a Sea Baby marine drone for the Security Service of Ukraine, and is financing the ASKOLD training center, which trains mobilized individuals according to NATO standards.”

“The company PIN-UP Ukraine and its owner Ihor Zotyko are ready to defend their rights, business reputation, and legitimate interests exclusively within the legal framework. We emphasize our readiness for transparent and open cooperation with law enforcement agencies to establish all circumstances of the case and refute baseless accusations,” the statement concludes.

Background. Earlier, Mind reported that on January 9, law enforcement officers detained the nominal owner of the company operating in Ukraine under the online casino brand "PIN-UP." It is suspected that the real owners of this business are citizens of Russia.
