A manager has been appointed for the "Gulliver" shopping mall – ARMA.

The State Agency for Asset Recovery and Management (ARMA) has conducted a public auction on the Prozorro platform to select a manager for the Gulliver shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv.

According to reports from ARMA chairperson Olena Duma.

As a result of the competition, the winner was LLC "BK Millennium," which offered the most favorable terms for the state – the lowest management fee of 0.15%.

The second place was taken by the consortium "Management Company Esplanada" with 0.35%. The third place went to LLC "Alakor City" with 0.49%.

ARMA's next steps include verifying documents for compliance with qualification requirements and making inquiries to law enforcement agencies regarding any potential connections between the company owners and the former asset owners, as stated in the announcement.

According to YouControl, LLC "BK Millennium" was registered on December 6, 2017, in Kyiv.

The main activity of the company is the management of real estate for a fee or based on a contract.

The sole founder and ultimate beneficial owner of the company is Myechov Volodymyr Olegovych, who also serves as the director.
