The price of extra-class milk has decreased in Ukraine.

The expert-analytical service of the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine reported that the price of extra-grade milk decreased by 1.5 UAH in January, representing an 8% drop compared to December. 

This information is reported by the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine.

According to the association, by the end of the month, the average price of milk did not exceed 18.5 UAH/kg. The current price of the product is 23% higher than in January 2024 and 33% higher than in June 2024.

In particular, the union noted that the rate of price growth for raw milk in Ukraine during the second half of 2024 surpassed the EU indicator by 2.3 times.
