Exports of goods from Ukraine have increased by over 23%, although they have not yet reached the levels of 2021, as noted by Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister for Economy, Yulia Svyrydenko.

According to Yulia Svyrydenko, the UAE is a significant trading partner for Ukraine. She mentioned that in 2023, trade turnover rose by 28.6%, and in 2024, it is expected to grow another 9%.
On February 17, 2025, the Ukrainian delegation held a meeting with representatives of the business community from the United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi. Yulia Svyrydenko presented investment opportunities in various sectors of the Ukrainian economy and invited UAE companies to participate in privatization.
During the meeting, the minister showcased projects in processing, agriculture, extraction, privatization proposals in real estate, public-private partnership projects for hospital reconstruction, port infrastructure development, and initiatives for rebuilding Ukraine.
In particular, Svyrydenko emphasized that following the signing of the Free Trade Agreement between Ukraine and the UAE, the countries would be able to achieve a new level of economic cooperation.
