Air defense systems shot down 33 out of 72 enemy drones during the night.

On the night of January 10, 2025, the enemy launched an attack with 72 strike drones of the "Shahed" type and various types of imitation drones.

This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"As of 09:00, the destruction of 33 strike drones of the "Shahed" type and other types of drones has been confirmed in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, and Kherson regions," the report states.

According to the Air Forces, five drone strikes (on enterprises and utility buildings) were recorded in the frontline area in northern Chernihiv region, injuring a civilian. In the Kyiv region, a damaged drone fell on a multi-story building, causing damage to the structure and around twenty vehicles. Preliminary reports indicate there were no casualties.

It is noted that 34 enemy imitation drones were lost locationally (without negative consequences), one of which flew towards the Russian Federation.
