Musk has launched the Grok-3 chatbot, claiming it to be "the most intelligent AI on Earth."

The company xAI, founded by Elon Musk, has announced the launch of its new flagship artificial intelligence model, Grok-3, alongside enhanced capabilities for the Grok applications on iOS and web platforms. According to the businessman, Grok-3 is the "smartest AI on Earth."

It is noted that the early version of the new model currently outperforms ChatGPT and the Chinese DeepSeek across all top benchmarks, with its primary goal being to "understand the universe and help find answers to the most important questions: what is the meaning of life and do aliens exist."

According to the development team, Grok-3 can function both as a standard model and as a reflective one. It includes buttons for Think to ponder and Big Brain for tackling truly complex tasks. Additionally, in the near future, "in about a week," a voice mode and an agent capable of using the internet on behalf of the user will be introduced.

Musk stated that Grok 3 was designed with "10 times" the computational power of its predecessor Grok-2 and utilizes an expanded set of training data.

Currently, Grok-3 is available for X Premium subscribers, but it can be tested for free on Chatbot Arena.

Reminder: At the end of December 2024, the social network X (formerly Twitter) opened free access to its chatbot Grok-2 for all users. This model responds to text queries faster than ChatGPT, is capable of creating high-quality images, and can work with code.
