On the eve, the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted a precision strike on strategic military and fuel-energy infrastructure targets in the Russian Federation.
This is stated in a report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“As a result of a successful operation, the Ilsky Oil Refinery in the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation was hit. A large-scale fire has been recorded at the facility,” the report states.
Also targeted were the oil pumping stations "Kropotkinskaya" and "Andreapol," which were responsible for transporting fuel for the needs of the Russian military.
The summary indicates that both stations have been rendered inoperative, significantly complicating fuel supply logistics for the aggressor.
The General Staff announced the continuation of efforts to destroy the enemy's fuel-energy infrastructure.
“The Defense Forces of Ukraine reserve the right to strike at strategic facilities that contribute to Russia's armed aggression. Operations to eliminate the energy infrastructure supporting Russia's illegal war will continue.”
Background. Remember: as of February 18, enemy losses amount to 1,170 military personnel, with 12 tanks, 12 armored vehicles, and 53 artillery systems destroyed.
