Entrepreneurs will pay taxes using new declaration forms, according to the Ministry of Finance.

The relevant order No. 57 was signed on January 31, 2025, and registered with the Ministry of Justice on February 14, 2025, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

The announcement discusses three new tax declarations: for individual entrepreneurs under the single tax regime, for legal entities under the third group of the single tax, and for legal entities under the fourth group of the single tax.

The press service noted that these forms will allow taxpayers to determine their military tax obligations and the amounts of the minimum tax liability in accordance with the latest amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine.

Background. Earlier, Mind reported that in January 2025, an anti-record was set: over 60,000 individual entrepreneurs were closed within a few weeks of January. According to analysts from Opendatabot, only 21,358 entrepreneurs opened their own businesses.
