Searches are currently being conducted in the premises of the Kyiv City State Administration based on a ruling from the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv dated January 28, 2025.

“Investigative actions are being carried out within the framework of a pre-trial investigation concerning possible abuses by officials related to the alienation of property belonging to the Kyiv community back in 2009,” the statement reads.

It is noted that representatives of the Kyiv City State Administration are providing all necessary available documents, fully cooperating with law enforcement agencies during the procedural actions, and are counting on the objectivity and impartiality of the investigation.
